Ingredients
- 250 gms ladyfinger chopped in long pieces
- 250 gms capsicum chopped in square shape
- 250 gms onions chopped into big pieces
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 pcs green chilli, chopped
- 50 gms grated coconut
- 100 gms chopped coriander
- 1 tsp jeera powder (black cumin seeds powder)
- 1 tsp jeera and rai (black cumin seeds and black mustard seeds)
- 1/2 tsp hing (Asafoetida)
- Sal and pepper to taste
- Oil to fry
Method
- Deep fry ladyfinger, capsicum and onions and keep aside
- In a pan, put 2 tsp oil and put jeera, rai and hing
- Add green chilli, ginger, coconut and coriander
- After 2 mins, add the fried vegetables
- Then add salt, pepper and lastly garam masala and mix well
- Serve hot
