- 2 cups sprouts (moong, moth, channa)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 pc green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Steam the sprouts for 2 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients and serve
