Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bottle gourd (lauki)
- 3 cups milk
- Salt and pepper as desired
Method
- Peel the lauki skin and slice it into 3-4 pieces
- Add water and boil the lauki in a cooker with 3-4 whistles
- Strain the lauki and keep the water aside
- Grind the boiled lauki in a grinder and make a paste of it
- Add milk and 1 cup of leftover water
- Mix and put it to boil until thick
- Add salt and pepper
