Ingredients
- 6-7 potatoes cut into thick long slices (similar to French fries)
- 3-4 finely chopped green chillies
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- pinch of ajinomoto
- salt and pepper as per taste
- Coriander for decoration
- Mayonise Sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying
- Deep fry the potatoes
- Mix tomato ketchup, pepper, salt, vinegar and soya sauce with potatoes and keep aside for 10 mins
- Stir fry the garlic and green chillies in a separate pan
- Add the potato mixture and
- Top it up with coriander for decoration and serve with Mayonise sauce
