Ingredients
- 6 slices bread - sides removed
- 3 cubes grated cheese
- 1 pc green chilli
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
Method
- Take the bread slices and prepare a dough
- Divide into 12 small balls
- Prepare a mixture of cheese, chilli and coriander
- Fill each ball with cheese mixture
- Deep fry the balls
Note: Serve with ketchup or salsa sauce
