For Vegetable Topping
- 1/2 cup Sprouts (green moong)
- 2 pcs Chopped Onion
- 2 pcs Chopped De seeded Tomato
- 1 pc Chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- Bread Loaf cut diagonally
- 50 gms Butter
- 10 cloves of Grated/Smashed Garlic
- Oregano
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Method
- Mix smashed garlic, oregano and salt into butter
- Apply this over bread slices
- Mix sprouts, onion, tomatoes, capsicum and sweet corn for topping
- Put it over the bread slices
- Add a pinch of salt on the vegetable topping
- Garnish with mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 10 mins in a pre-heated oven
