Ingredients
- 10-12 pcs baby onions
- 1 tsp green chilli ginger paste
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- In a pan heat oil and then put mustard seeds
- After 10-15 secs and the chilli ginger paste and chopped onion
- Stir well for 2 mins
- Add the baby onions now and stir for another 2 mins
- Now add milk and salt
- When the gravy becomes thick, add sugar and garam masala and mix well
- Serve hot
