Ingredients
- 2 cups curd
- 1 cup water
- 1 pc green chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp mint powder (pudina)
- 5-6 pcs of curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Rai (mustard seeds)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix curd, water, green chilli, ginger, mint and salt and churn well
- In a pan, heat oil and put mustard seeds, curry leaves
- In a glass pour the curd mixture and on top put the oil mixture
- Garnish with chopped coriander
