Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup fresh curd
- 1/2 tsp chilli ginger paste
- 1 tsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Steam the spinach for 2 mins
- Filter the curd with a sieve
- Mix the chilli-ginger paste, onion, spinach, sugar, salt and pepper in curd
- Serve chilled
