Ingredients
- 500 gms Palak (Spinach)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 pcs finely chopped green chilly
- 1" grated ginger
- 1 1/2 cups boiled corn
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- Salt to taste
Method
- Steam the Spinach in 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp sugar for 5 mins
- Cool and grind the mixture into a smooth puree
- In a pan, heat the butter
- Add jeera and then garlic, ginger and green chilly
- Add Palak puree after 2 mins
- Saute for 5 mins and then add corn, salt and garam masala
- In the end, add cream and mix well
Note: Serve with Tandoori Roti
