Ingredients
- 4 thin roti/chapati
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Prepare a vegetables mixture and add salt and pepper
- Spread the mixture on one roti and spread cheese over it.
- Cover the prepared roti with another plain roti. Do not fold
- Heat it on tava with butter till golden brown
- Serve hot
