Mexican Chapati

Preparation Time:  10 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients
  • 4 thin roti/chapati
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper



Method
  • Prepare a vegetables mixture and add salt and pepper
  • Spread the mixture on one roti and spread cheese over it.
  • Cover the prepared roti with another plain roti. Do not fold
  • Heat it on tava with butter till golden brown
  • Serve hot
